Updated: August 17, 2026
Effective: August 24, 2026
Introduction
Hangzhou Huge International Trade Co., Ltd. ("we" or "Huge Auto") attaches great importance to the protection of children’s personal information. A child means a minor under the age of fourteen. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Law on the Protection of Minors of the People’s Republic of China, the Provisions on Cyber Protection of Children’s Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations, we have formulated these Auto Trade System Children’s Personal Information Protection Rules (these “Rules”).
These Rules are a special supplement to the Privacy Policy. If these Rules conflict with the Privacy Policy, these Rules prevail; matters not addressed in these Rules are governed by the Privacy Policy.
We strongly recommend that any child obtain the prior consent of a parent or other guardian (collectively, a “guardian”) before participating in online activities. If you are a child’s guardian, please carefully read and decide whether to agree to these Rules. If you are a child, please notify your guardian to read these Rules with you before using our services, and use our services or provide information to us only after obtaining your guardian’s consent.
I. How We Collect and Use Children’s Personal Information
We do not actively collect children’s personal information as a general principle. Our services are primarily intended for adults with full civil capacity.
In specific circumstances, for example where a guardian purchases vehicle inspection services for a child or participates in a family activity we organize, we may collect a child’s personal information after obtaining the guardian’s separate consent. We will collect only the minimum information necessary for that specific purpose, such as the child’s name and the guardian’s contact details for service notices.
If we obtain children’s personal information indirectly, we will require the information source to confirm that it has obtained lawful authorization from the guardian, and we will delete the information promptly unless we obtain direct authorization from the guardian.
We use children’s personal information only for the following purposes:
1) Providing a specific product or service actively requested by the child or approved by the guardian.
2) Performing our contractual obligations to the guardian.
3) Protecting the child’s personal and property safety.
II. How We Store Children’s Personal Information
Children’s personal information collected and generated during our operations in mainland China will be strictly stored on servers in mainland China and will not be transferred cross-border.
We retain children’s personal information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the service purpose. Once the collection purpose is achieved or the storage period expires, we will promptly delete or anonymize the information.
III. How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Children’s Personal Information
We keep children’s personal information strictly confidential and will not share, transfer or publicly disclose it to any third party except where:
1. We have obtained the guardian’s explicit authorization and consent.
2. It is required by laws or regulations, or by a compulsory request from a competent government authority or judicial authority.
3. It is necessary in an emergency to protect the lawful rights and interests of the child, Huge Auto or other users.
Before sharing children’s personal information with any third party, we conduct a personal-information protection impact assessment and enter into a strict confidentiality agreement with the recipient, requiring it to process and protect children’s personal information in accordance with these Rules and applicable laws and regulations.
IV. How We Protect Children’s Personal Information
We have adopted industry-standard technical and management measures, including encrypted transmission, access control and security audits, to protect the security of children’s personal information. We impose strict authorization requirements on employees handling children’s personal information and provide regular security training.
V. Guardians’ Rights
As a child’s guardian, you have the following rights in relation to the child’s personal information:
1. You may access and copy personal information about the child in your guardianship that we hold.
2. If you find that children’s personal information we process is inaccurate or needs to be supplemented, you may request correction or supplementation.
3. In the following circumstances, you may request deletion of children’s personal information:
1) Our processing of personal information violates laws, regulations or these Rules.
2) The purpose of collecting or using the personal information has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary.
3) You have withdrawn your consent.
4. You may withdraw the consent previously given to us for processing children’s personal information at any time. After consent is withdrawn, we will stop the relevant processing activities, but this will not affect the validity of processing already carried out before the withdrawal based on your consent.
You may contact us through the channels provided in Section VI, “How to Contact Us.” To ensure security, we may ask you to submit a written request and prove your guardian status. We will respond within 15 working days.
